As often happens in heraldry, a large group of heralds can come to a conclusion, but once other heralds begin to comment, there’s a hiccup. In the previous designs presented to the populace for the heraldic changes involved in becoming a kingdom, one former Wreath King of Arms pointed out that they broke SENA A3D2f:
“In period armory, when charge groups consisted of two types of charge they were typically arranged in a balanced way around the center of the group. For this reason, charge groups that contain two types of charge with three or more charges in an unbalanced arrangement will only be registered with documentation of such a pattern.
Charge groups of four charges in cross or in saltire should normally consist of identical charges or two pairs of different charge types in a balanced arrangement (such as two charges in pale and two charges in fess).”
To sum up, it’s essentially a variation on the slot machine rule.
The heralds of Tir Righ put their heads together again – their phones were “blowing up” as the kids say – to come up with a set of new offerings.
Per pale azure and argent, a crown within a laurel wreath and in chief three mullets of eight points counterchanged.

Azure, a mullet of eight points within a laurel wreath and on a chief triangular argent a crown azure.
